What kinds of problems does REVDCODE help solve?
We help when an important business, product or technology decision is difficult to frame or move forward. That can include disconnected operations, uncertain product ideas, software that no longer fits, delivery risk, or a wider change programme that needs a practical direction.
Where should we start if we are not sure what we need?
Start with the business assessment or tell us what is changing and where progress feels stuck. We will help identify whether the next useful step is a focused conversation, a deeper assessment, or something your team can address without a larger engagement.
Do we need a finished brief before contacting you?
No. A clear description of the situation, the people affected, and the outcome you want is enough to begin. Early conversations are often most useful before a preferred solution or detailed scope has been fixed.
Working together
What happens after we contact you?
We read the enquiry, identify what needs clarification, and plan the right conversation. You then receive a practical next step, which may be an assessment, a focused working session, a scoped engagement, or honest advice to pause.
Do you provide advice, delivery, or both?
Both. We can help clarify a decision, shape the strategy and roadmap, design the response, deliver working change, or support improvement after launch. The engagement starts at the stage that fits your situation rather than forcing every client through the same package.
Can you work with our existing team and suppliers?
Yes. We can work alongside leaders, operational teams, internal technology teams, and existing delivery partners. Responsibilities, decision rights, dependencies, and handover expectations are made clear at the start.
How long does an engagement take?
It depends on the decision, evidence available, number of people involved, and delivery scope. We define the first useful outcome, stages, checkpoints, and expected timing before work begins so you can make an informed commitment.
Commercial expectations
How is the work priced?
Pricing follows the agreed scope, responsibilities, uncertainty, and delivery approach. Before you commit, you receive a written proposal that explains the work, intended outcomes, assumptions, fees, and what is not included.
Are your recommendations tied to a particular platform or vendor?
No. We begin with the business outcome, operating context, constraints, and evidence. When technology is part of the answer, we compare realistic options and explain the tradeoffs rather than starting with a preferred product.
How do you handle confidential information?
We ask only for information needed to understand or deliver the work and handle personal information as described in our privacy policy. Where the engagement requires additional confidentiality terms, those can be agreed before sensitive material is shared.
Business assessment
What will the business assessment give us?
It gives you a connected view of strengths, constraints, priorities, and possible next steps across the business and technology areas assessed. It is decision guidance, not a formal audit, certification, legal opinion, or substitute for specialist review.
Do we need an account to complete an assessment?
No account is required to begin. You can choose the quick assessment for a focused signal or the comprehensive assessment for a deeper review, save progress, and return on the same device.
Your situation will have its own context.
Bring the unfinished version of the problem. We will help clarify the next decision without forcing it into a standard package.
