Information we receive
REVDCODE may receive information you share through contact forms, assessments, account features or direct correspondence. This can include your name, email address, phone number, organisation, message, assessment responses and the basic technical information needed to run and protect the service.
We also record a small number of events from your visit, such as pages viewed, assessment progress and requests for contact. A random browser identifier is irreversibly hashed before storage. We do not use this information to advertise to you on other websites.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, provide requested services, run and secure our systems, improve the experience, meet legal obligations and keep appropriate business records. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and disclosure
Trusted providers may process information when they support our hosting, communications, analytics, security or customer relationship management. We may also share information when the law requires it or when necessary to protect people, systems and legitimate rights.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, our legal obligations, dispute resolution and security. Public journey events are automatically removed after the configured analytics retention period. Enquiries linked to an active client or sales record may be retained until that relationship is resolved. We use proportionate safeguards, although no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with you, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. You may also choose not to provide optional information.
